Expectation Agents

Current Definition
Mechanisms that monitor the interaction patterns between users and systems, and notify both developers and users when "unexpected" patterns occur. Expectation agents support ongoing communication between system stakeholders, and are important mechanisms supporting evolutionary and participatory design of systems.
